Feuding with neighbor due to new construction next door!

Please call me 305-298-0497 and I will give you a tour of the destruction of my side yard due to the neighbor’s construction of a block wall.  Be careful if your neighbor decides to tear the house down and build new.  Your privacy will be gone and even though you did not agree for them to dig in your property they will do it anyway.  Protect yourself and make sure to visit Village of Key Biscayne Building and Zoning Department and ask questions.  Village Zoning regulations must change in order to protect the adjacent neighbors!

Demolition Permits and Native Trees

Key Biscayne property owners should be aware that there are native trees that are protected under the Dade County Department of Environmental Resources (DERM) from destruction. If you plan to demolish an existing house, make sure that you comply with this ordinance by conducting a tree survey and contacting the appropriate authority.
